That’s why we offer free shipping & easy returns so you can try on as many pieces as you like. Whatever doesn't work we provide full refunds on full price purchases only and exchanges or credits on Sale Items (excluding sample sale items). West 14th head office is based in Bondi Beach, NSW Australia. Online orders are dispatched from our warehouse partners based in Sydney, NSW Australia.
The office and customer service will be offline between 28th March to 2nd April 2024 during our office move.
Our warehouse partner will remain operational and dispatching orders before and after the long weekend. All orders placed by 12noon on 28th March will be dispatched on the 28th March. Orders arriving after this time will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd April 2024.
