You will find actual WEST 14TH customers reselling their worn, pre-loved WEST 14TH leather jacket, leather skirts and leather pants. Items shown are sold by a WEST 14TH customer and they will ship the order directly to you.

where are the styles coming from?

Our platform welcomes past WEST 14TH customers to list their worn WEST 14TH styles to be sold to another WEST 14TH customer. Generally this is a customer to customer service. We are here to help facilitate the authentication of each item, selling of that item and provide customer support.

How do I know the condition of a Pre-loved item?

Each style is listed by they seller and verified by WEST 14TH under one of this quality criteria:

BRAND NEW

The item has been owned for a few years and worn a few times. It's in excellent condition and looks brand new. Never been dry cleaned and has no imperfections on the leathers's surface.

NEW-ISH

The item has been owned for a few years and gently worn a few times. Never been dry cleaned and may have one imperfection on the leathers's surface, but no other visible signs of wear.

WORN-IN

The item has been owned and loved for many years ( up to 5 years). It feels loved but still well maintained. It has been dry cleaned up to 3 times and/or has minor visible signs of wear such as multiple imperfections on the leather surface, colour fading on the edges or small thread pulls.

VINTAGE

Your item has been owned and loved for many, many years ( 5+ years). It feels like a vintage treasure! It has been dry cleaned 4 or more times and/or has visible signs of wear such as multiple imperfections on the leather surface, colour fading on the edges, or small thread pulls.

How do I pay for a pre-loved item

You will pay in a similar way as with a new WEST 14TH style online purchase: a secure checkout. Simply “Add to Cart”, your item will be added to a special pre-loved cart, which you will find in the top right corner of your screen once an item as been added. Once added, you can proceed through the secure checkout which is powered by our resale partner Rntr.

Can I return a Pre-loved purchase?

All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute process by contacting hi@getrntr.com; if we confirm the dispute, we will offer a refund and ask you to return the item.

how is shipping handled?

For pre-loved items, our sellers will fulfil your order in less than 3 business days. The item will ship with a tracking number, and should typically arrive no more than 5-7 days after it is shipped. All pre-loved items are sent via AusPost standard shipping. A flat shipping rate of $20 is paid by the buyer. Orders shipped outside of Australia will have a rate specific to your destination.

What if my order is lost/stolen?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact our Pre-Loved Customer Service at hi@getrntr.com.

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Are the items genuine?

Yes, WEST 14TH leather clothing & accessories for sale on our Pre-Loved marketplace are the real deal. The only thing missing are the high price tags! We check every listing to ensure authenticity. If you believe a style you’ve received is counterfeit, contact the Rntr. customer service team to open a dispute for a review and full refund.

Are the Terms & Condition the same for PRE-LOVED BY WEST 14TH?

No. We have different terms and conditions when buying from our Pre-Loved By WEST14TH Marketplace.

- Sales are final.

- No Returns unless the item arrives in a different condition to advertised.

- No Refunds unless the item arrives in a different condition to advertised.

- Shipping is paid by the buyer

- No Discounts codes can be used on Pre-Loved Styles, such as Welcome or Birthday Vouchers.

- No Gift Cards can be used as payment included Seller Payout Vouchers.
