Shipping policy

West 14th aims to provide the best experience for our customers. We value the urgency to receive your new purchase and will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible from our Sydney-based warehouse. 

*Receive Worldwide Complementary Shipping on all orders. West 14th will cover the shipping charges for all orders purchased for a limited time. Delivery address and country must be part of the DHL Express Courier network or Australia Post network to be eligible. 

***Upgrade to Express Post for Australian Orders. West 14th will split the cost to upgrade your shipping to Express. Select Express Post at checkout to expedite the delivery of your love forever leather staple. Cost is $10 inclusive of GST and are not refundable. Standard Australia Post remains a complimentary service. 



 West 14th have partnered with Australia Post and DHL Express to provide our customers a relievable and efficient global courier.

Orders placed by 12noon (AEST) Monday to Friday, where stock is available, will be dispatched same date from our Sydney based warehouse. 

Orders placed after 12noon (AEST) will be dispatch the next working day. 

You will receive a confirmation email with the Tracking Number when order leaves the warehouse.

To guarantee delivery success it is best to send your parcel to a location where there will be a person to receive it between 9am -5pm.

All orders will need a signature for proof of delivery. Orders will NOT be left behind.

Redeliveries will need to be organised by the customer. Additional costs may apply which the customer will be liable.

All orders are in Australian dollars (AUD), unless you select to purchase with another currency.

International Shipments Specific

International orders may take up to 10 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.

We require a signature on receipt of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

On international deliveries we cannot deliver to post office boxes and we don’t offer C.O.D on any orders.

International orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered, which is covered by the customer. 

Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

Example for customers based in New Zealand any purchases over the value of $1000 NZD will be responsible to pay the import and duty taxes. DHL will contact you on the parcels arrival to make payment of these fees. It's a straight forward process. If you are a customer based in the USA any purchase over the value of $800 USD will be responsible to pay for these taxes. Please note these are just examples and best to review your countries rules and charges for purchases from another country.

Preorder Specific

Select styles are identified as PRE ORDER.

Payment is taken at point of purchase during checkout. 

We endeavour to dispatch order within 5 days of stated delivery date and/or once received at our warehouse. 

You will receive a confirmation email with Tracking Number when order leaves warehouse.

*Complimentary Worldwide Shipping is eligible to all countries operated by DHL Express services and Australia Post services. West 14th will pay for the shipping cost ONLY. Any import taxes and duties applied by the country are to be paid by the customer. All shipments will be arranged as Duty Not Paid. 


Easter Long Weekend & Office Moving Closers:

The office and customer service will be offline between 28th March to 2nd April 2024 during our office move.

Our warehouse partner will remain operational and dispatching orders before and after the long weekend. ⁠All orders placed by 12noon on 28th March will be dispatched on the 28th March. Orders arriving after this time will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd April 2024.
