West 14th have partnered with Australia Post and DHL Express to provide our customers a relievable and efficient global courier.
Orders placed by 12noon (AEST) Monday to Friday, where stock is available, will be dispatched same date.
Orders placed after 12noon (AEST) will be dispatch the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with the Tracking Number when order leaves the warehouse.
To guarantee delivery success it is best to send your parcel to a location where there will be a person to receive it between 9am -5pm.
All orders will need a signature for proof of delivery. Orders will NOT be left behind.
Redeliveries will need to be organized by the customer. Additional cost may apply which the customer will be liable.
All orders are in Australian dollars (AUD).
During this holiday season, our warehouse and online dispatch team will not be operating on the 24th, 26th & 27th December 2016. All orders received by 12noon on the 23rd December will be dispatched that day. All orders placed after 12noon on the 23rd thru the 27th will be dispatched on the 28th of December.
In addition we will be closed on the 2nd of January. All orders received by 12noon on the 30th December will be dispatched that day. All orders placed after 12noon on the 30th December thru the 2nd January will be dispatched on the 3rd of December.

International Shipments Specific
International orders may take up to 10 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.
We require a signature on receipt of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
On international deliveries we cannot deliver to post office boxes and we don’t offer C.O.D on any orders.
International orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered, which is covered by the customer.
Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

Made To Order – The Limited Edition Capsule Collection
The Limited Edition Styles are a pre order style. Customers pay for the item at checkout. Within 6 weeks of the purchase, you will receive your limited release piece, if leather stocks are available. To ensure your order is made, purchase BEFORE April 16th 2014. After April 16th 2014 items will be made if leather stock is available. All items that are made and shipped to customer are FINAL SALE. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. If your item has a manufacture fault, which is determined after West 14th’s team reviews the item, you will be eligible for a full refund.
