We created the Love Forever Warranty as a promise to you and a personal desire to deliver the highest product possible when crafting each piece of our collection. Love Forever Warranty Policy

Each jacket purchased from W14TH.COM is guaranteed against material and manufacturer defect for the lifetime of the jacket.

If a jacket has a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or replace it at our discretion. If your exact style is not available for replacement, you can opt to receive a product of similar value.

This warranty does not cover any damages due to normal wear and tear, accidents or improper care. If West 14th’s inside garment tags are removed, the warranty will also be void.

Warranty Coverage

Our Love Forever Warranty covers your jacket for as long as you own and continue to wear it unaltered and under reasonable circumstances which we have the discretion to determine.

We manufacture every jacket to meet our high quality standards, but no matter the quality, all jackets will begin to show signs of age and wear such as faded or worn in leather surface and trims. Daily wear will result in the degradation of leather and finishing.

Practical lifetime of a jacket depends on how often it was worn and how well it was cared for. We take this into consideration when assessing your warranty request. If we deem that your jacket is not a defect due to material or manufacturing, your jacket may have just reached its practical lifetime. The jacket’s lifetime may be different from your personal lifetime.

Not Covered Under Warranty

Tears, rips or other damages to West 14th’s Jackets are not covered under our warranty. Instead, this can be serviced through our repairs department, and we will pass through our cost to you.

Improper care or not following the care instructions on the label inside your garment may result in damages that are not covered under our warranty. If we cannot repair your garment, we will make sure to notify you immediately.

If you alter or tailor any part of your jacket, your jacket will not be covered under the warranty.

Removing the tags from the inside of your jacket will void the warranty.

We only cover items that were purchased directly from W14TH.COM at full price. Sample sale and final sale purchases are not covered under Love Forever Warranty.

If purchased from another retailer, you will need to contact them to enquire about this service.

Submitting A Claim

Please email service@w14th.com with your order number and 2-3 images of the damage. Our Service Team will follow up with any additional questions to assess your repair. We will notify you within five business days whether the damage is covered under our warranty.

From there, we’ll send instructions for shipping your jacket to us for repair and we’ll keep you updated on the status of your jacket. Repairs generally take 2-4 weeks from receiving the item in our office.

Costs

If Love Forever Warranty Policy covers the repair there is no charge to you (subject to shipping costs). Non-warranty repair costs will vary and be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If cleaning is needed charges will be assessed or the product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to West 14th Head Office in Sydney Australia. West 14th will cover the return shipping costs to your elected address as long as Australia Post and/or DHL Express can service the address.

You are responsible for the jacket until its delivery; please choose a carrier that provides a tracking number. If a tracking number is not supplied, we cannot cover any repairs. West 14th will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Sending your jacket back will be at your own risk.

Love Forever Warranty Policy commences with all orders placed after October 24th 2017 on W14TH.COM.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
