That’s why we offer free shipping & easy returns so you can try on as many pieces as you like. Whatever doesn't work we provide full refunds on full price purchases only and exchanges or credits on Sale Items (excluding sample sale items). West 14th head office is based in Bondi Beach, NSW Australia. Online orders are dispatched from our warehouse partners based in Sydney, NSW Australia.
Between the 5th October 2022 to 27th February 2023 replies to customer service emails, phone calls, DM’s and Live Chat will be on a longer reply time and may take up to 48 hours. All other operations from order dispatch and processing returns will remain the same with a hope to delivery that luxury experience throughout your journey to own a piece of WEST14th.
