Re releasing an iconic style, The Yvette Skirt in Blueberry is back in celebration of our ten year anniversary. Sourcing rescued navy leather and lightweight Ostrich Feathers to recreate this iconic leather skirt style for today.

Designer Fitting Notes: We designed the Yvette to have fitted waist and slimming the body fit for many years to come. This leather skirt fits true to size. We suggest trying on your standard size to start. 

Journey to Sustainability

Designed in Bondi Beach, Australia

 

Sourced this super soft lambskin leather from a tannery based in China. The hide is a by-product and was sourced from China. The ostrich feathers are made in South Africa. West 14th neck and swing tag labels are developed using Oeko-Tex Standard 100% organic cotton certified. 

 

Processed sing a drum to dye and develop this leather for pure softness and maintain its colour for years.

 

Recycled material is used in the trimming details for this style. Perma Core ECO 100 by A&E is an ethically manufactured, industrial sewing thread, featuring fully recycled polyester. We use Natulon Recycled Zippers by YKK Corporation. The zipper’s tape is made from post consumer polyester waste, such as water bottles. Hardware remains as metal.

Manufactured this heirloom piece in Guangdong Province, China with quality control conducted in Hong Kong by our long term manufacturing partners.

 

Shipped in compostable satchels to our warehouse partners in Ingleburn, NSW Australia and then directly to our women around the globe. Safely packed in West 14th reusable duster bag made in Australia by Sisterworks social enterprise.
